Obsessed doesn't even begin to cover how I feel about Kelly's work! My family and I have been going to the bakery at least once a month since she opened to try all the unique menus the owner comes up with. Everything we've tried at the bakery, both savory and sweet, has been delicious! The donuts always impress me - the crullers and raised glazed ones are incredible! And her cinnamon rolls are perfection. She even has handmade dog treats to take home to your pups! Kelly and her family are always kind and humble. It's wonderful to see her business thriving. If you have time this weekend, you should definitely check out her bakery!

I can’t express how amazing this Bakery is ! The owner was friendly and helped us pick out some tasty treats. Make sure you arrive early, because the treats sellout quickly. The cinnamon rolls and the croissant were delicious!

This is a must try location! They are only open on Saturday and Sunday for roughly about 4 hours each day. They offer a variety of baked items from croissants to pavlova, though it does depend on what the baker feels like baking at that time. Due to limited items available I would recommend to try to get there as soon as possible because once an item is sold out that's it there's no more. I got the pavlova and it was amazing I cannot wait to try the other items that will be available to offer!

My apologies on this review as we went here about 3 weeks ago and I only just got around to posting. My wife and I had heard of the Witching Flour by name but had never been. On a whim we decided to roll up and try it. At 10:01, there was a line of more than 20 people with more coming. They are open 10-2. We ordered 5 pastries (though there is a discount at 6). 1) The peach cobbler brioche doughnut was light with velvety cream filling and a beautiful peach jam. 2) On a recommendation from the owner we grabbed the morning bun. Incredible laminated dough, lightly sweet center. Cravable. 3) The pastry we were most excited for was the lychee sugared creuler. Insane. Light yet springy pastry. Great scent and flavor but not over-powering. The only time I've had a creuler that didn't taste "eggy". None of the doughnuts were cloying in sweetness. All of the sweetness came from other toppings or fillings and they were handled deftly. 4) Berry and cheese "Danish" was well balanced (I don't recall the name and the outside was a laminted dough like puff pastry). The pastry was flaky but not so crunchy it cut the roof of your mouth. 5) Lemon and Earl Grey Danish with curd? I recall the flavors and textures, just not so much as to where they went. The dough was lovely, the most dense of all yet a lovely texture. Again, not much in the way of sweetness (which I enjoyed). After trying this place I will certainly wait in line again! Seriously, I consider myself a doughnut coniseur yet I have not had anything like that creuler. Fantastic quality all around!

OMG! This place has the best croissants! We were driving from California through Albuquerque on our way to South Carolina. We just stopped at this very small shop as we needed some "road bread". I was surprised as there was a line outside the door. It was well worth the wait. The owners were friendly and the pastries were amazing! Only open for a few hours on Saturday and Sunday, so plan your trip! Highly recommend!

Wonderful bakery! Very tasty baked goods. Friendly service too. I will say that you have to brave the lines (hour long wait) or suffer the consequences. Which is no one's fault, it's just the reality. I did not brave the lines and was left with two options to choose from. But still very tasty options! I will be back one early morning to brave the lines sometime.

These were some of the most decadent, unique, complex flavor profiles I've ever had on baked goods. Got half a dozen and each of them had their own roller coaster ride of new flavor discoveries. Absolutely amazing loved every second of it 10/10.

I’ve been enjoying The Witching Flour’s delicious treats for years! Kelly’s menu is always fun, new and different with flavor combinations I would never even dream of! I go in without an plan and load a box full of treats. Each one unique and perfect. Kelly is also an absolute gem!

I've been wanting to try this place for weeks, but due to the limited hours I kept missing my opportunity. I'm so happy that I took the chance to see if they still had any treats left towards the end of their window. I was overjoyed to find they had enough that I was able to order a variety for my mom, myself, and my roommate. My mom has similarly been wanting to try them for ages now, but due to her location in the East Mountains, she rarely comes down on the weekends. I am absolutely happy say that these treats are worth every single penny, they're made with so much love and attention that even if one doesn't seem like your cup of tea, you're definitely going to love it anyway. The croissants and brioche baked goods are worth their weight in gold. I'm definitely going to come whenever I get the chance!

10/10 - really good energy and unique, original baked goods with exciting flavor combinations that still make sense. I feel very much like I’m getting a high quality, handmade treat when I purchase from here and it always feels great to be inside their building.
